We charge $199, but will go as a credit if you decide to hire someone through us. It's a great way for us to bring quick value to your process and it helps us better understand who would be a good fit for the role.

Hiring service
Just fill out our short survey to get started. Our team of recruiters in the Philippines will find and vet candidates based on your needs within one week. You only pay us a fee if you hire one of our candidates. We have two models, pay a one-time upfront fee (30% of 1st year salary) or a 35% fee on top of their monthly salary as long as they work with you and we'll handle payroll and the contractor relationship.
The typical salaries in the Philippines range from $1,000-$3000/month for a dedicated hire, which is ~80% less than US equivalents.
